Most hair removal centers offer a specific type of laser. Here at the Winchester Electrology & Laser Center, we offer not one, but two permanent hair removal light therapies in order to meet our clients' varying needs.
In addition to offering the latest IPL and laser therapies to treat unwanted facial and body hair, the Center provides traditional electrolysis expertise as well.
Founded in 1996, the Winchester Electrology & Laser Center is owned and operated by Paula J. O'Byrne, Registered Electrologist and Certified Laser Clinician. Peggy Flynn, R.E. joined the practice in 2003, offering expert electrolysis.
